Andre has been involved in the IT industry for 25+ years. Mainly working for software houses initially as a programmer and before moving into an analyst programmer role. Andre has 15+ experience working with Pronto Software as a consultant developing custom solutions and is widely regarded as a talented and knowledgeable programmer. Andre has been with Sola Consulting as Company Director and Senior Consultant since its inception in March 2008. |

Stuart has 20+ years experience in the IT industry having worked for TNT Logistiscs & Ceva Logistics for 10 years before co-forming Sola Consulting in March 2008. During that initial 10 years, Stuart gained an in depth knowledge of Pronto Software from being a Pronto user working in the finance and IT departments in various roles, resulting in being the IT Manager. Major achievements include project managing and being involved hands on in the implementation of Pronto for multiple divisions of Ceva Logistics across 7 countries in Europe and also into a company in the USA. With strong finance knowledge and training, project management experience, consulting, application experience and being an accomplished Pronto programmer, Stuart is equipped to handle a wide range of your business issues. Stuart has been with Sola Consulting since March 2008. |

Jim is a degree qualified accountant with over 30 years experience in business systems, working in various industries including manufacturing, retailing, importing, distribution and service businesses.
Jim has excellent Pronto application experience, working almost exclusively on Pronto for the past 20 years, including spending time working in the US for various clients all over the Americas. Jim is a very experienced programmer in Pronto’s 4GL to compliment his extensive all around Pronto knowledge. An extremely valuable member of the Sola team. Jim has been with Sola Consulting since March 2013. |

Chris has been working within the IT field for 20+ years for a number of large enterprises and as an independent consultant. Much of this time has been spent focusing on Pronto, with experience across a range of different areas including software development, systems analysis, support, business analysis and project management. Further experience has been gained across other non-Pronto systems, involving EDI, data warehousing and reporting (SQL server & Visual Studio), mobility solutions and integration with Pronto. With a number of years working for field service organisations, Chris is particularly specialised in Pronto's service module with strong knowledge across this area and typical business challenges that go with it. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending quality time with family, anything food-related, and serving the community as a volunteer with the NSW Rural Fire Service. Chris has been with Sola Consulting since July 2015. |

Karthik has 25+ experience in IT industry, started his career as a programmer in India working on a language called "Clipper". Karthik has migrated to Australia in Feb 2001 and started working for TNT Logistics and CEVA Logistics, and then worked for Dicker Data Limited. Karthik is looking after all web development at Sola Consulting, working on web pages that can communicate to Pronto via API using Sola connector and display real time data on websites. Karthik has done a bit of Pronto programming. Karthik has been with Sola Consulting since August 2015. |

James has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years in software houses, Retail and manufacturing companies starting as a programmer then moving on to analyst programmer. James started programming in PICK, then Universe before moving into Pronto 8 years ago and has worked with companies like Greater Union (Event Cinemas), Sony Music and The Co-op. James has been with Sola Consulting since November 2016. |
